GMG is proud to offer our World Challenge Carrera WC-Sport Exhaust System. This exhaust has been developed over the last 5 months to enhance the most influential production Porsche ever built.
Not only does our WC-Sport Exhaust system improve the level of sound from your Carrera GT, it also keeps the high-pitched clean sound from the F1 inspired V10 that we all love. With careful research on how the Carrera GT V10 develops power, we have engineered an exhaust system that improves the V10 power output throughout the RPM range. No other manufacturer on the market today can claim a system that has been developed with race inspired technology, F1 silencers, and dyno proven power.
With the help of GIAC on this project, we have tuned our WC-Sport Exhaust to work in conjunction with a GIAC tuned ECU. This ensures that all parameters are met to take full advantage of our hardware. This package develops over 19 wheel horsepower and 16 wheel torque. This power increase, combined with the weight savings from our system, makes for an end result that is unparalleled in both performance and sound. Finally, a performance package for your CGT that you can actually feel!
Unlike any other exhaust system or muffler by pass on the market today, we have designed and developed a complete system that starts at the catalyst and includes mid pipes not offered by any other system on the market. Utilizing our proven (patent pending) cross over design center section we were able to achieve a true sport exhaust system that utilizes Formula One style pre and post silencers to bring out the true V10 Formula One sound in your CGT's engine.
The GMG WC-Sport Exhaust system is made of the highest quality U.S. T304 stainless steel which has been TIG welded and normalized to ensure no cracking or distortion generated by the harmonics of the V10 engine. The silencers are a true F1 design and are manufactured entirely in house. Countless man hours have been spent tuning and testing and refining the sound of the exhaust system to ensure its Formula One pedigree. As with all GMG WC- Sport systems, aero space hardware is utilized along with a true F1 slip fit design to ensure a perfect seal at all times. The GMG World Challenge WC-GT Sport exhaust system is a true lightweight F1 style exhaust.
