GMG Racing Private Track Day At The Thermal Club

Regular price Free
Ticket TypeTrack Day

Description

A GMG Racing track day at The Thermal Club is essentially a high-end, private driving experience built around performance cars, coaching, and exclusive track access—more like a curated motorsports day than a typical open lapping event.

With GMG’s experienced Technicians on hand, you will have up to 6 hours of track time available to hone your skills and enjoy up to 4+ miles of an FIA Grade 2 Track designed by the legendary Alan Wilson.  Included in this package is an exceptional lunch served at the Clubhouse, which is designed more like a country club than a racetrack.

If interested, please call for pricing and availability.

Shipping & Returns

International Shipping

In-stock orders leave the shop within two to three business days. We try to keep everything on the shelf, but there are stretches where we're backordered, and when that happens a team member will contact you with an accurate ship date before you have to ask for one. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and international destinations run higher than domestic, and because the rate depends on where you are, contact us for a proper quote before you order.

Order tracking

Tracking numbers go out automatically as soon as your order is packed. If 72 hours have passed without one, check your junk folder, which is where these emails tend to end up, and if it isn't there either, contact us and we'll find it.

Get in touch

If you have a question about your order, contact us and a person at the shop will answer it. Customer service runs Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.

Sourcing & Materials

Sourcing

We are particular about what things are made from, which is why we build with Docol R8 tubing rather than whatever the steel yard had that week, and why our merge collectors are now 3D printed instead of fabricated the way everyone else still does it, because the printed part does the job better and the old way was leaving something on the table. None of it is done to look clever. It's done because the material that survives a season at the track is rarely the material that was easiest to order, and we'd rather go find the unorthodox thing than sell you the convenient one.

made here

Every GMG part is produced in Southern California by our own engineers and fabricators, and the process runs the whole way through the building: the 3D scan of the car, the engineering and post-processing, the first prototype, and the beating that prototype takes at the hands of our professional drivers and the crew who support them before anyone is allowed to call it a product. Every name in that chain is one we know. The partners whose products we list are held to the same expectation, because putting our name next to something means we're accountable for it, and we'd rather do without a listing than explain one away.

why it's on the shelf

Our home track is a short walk from the shop door, which means every harness bar, exhaust and performance part we sell has been run in anger under real conditions on our own cars before it goes on yours, and the ones that didn't hold up never made it to this page. That is the entire value system, and it comes from a lot of hours in competitive racing, where a failed part is a wrecked car rather than a bad review. We don't sell vanity upgrades. If a part is listed here it changes something you can measure or feel, or it makes the car safer, and if it does neither we have no interest in taking your money for it.
